💉 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) – Aesthetic & Wellness

As an NP at La Jolla Med Spa, you'll be responsible for performing client consultations, administering cosmetic injectables (such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers), and supporting wellness-based services as part of our integrated care model.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California

• Previous experience in aesthetics preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to train

• Certification in Botox/fillers highly desirable

• Professional, warm demeanor and a passion for patient-centered care

 

✨ Aesthetic Med Spa Nurses (RNs & LVNs)

We’re seeking experienced aesthetic nurses to deliver non-invasive cosmetic treatments including injectables, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP, and more. You'll work closely with our medical team and clients to ensure safe, results-driven outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LVN license in California

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic nursing

• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and skincare treatments

• Friendly, confident, and committed to exceptional service

 

🩺 Medical Assistants

Our medical assistants are key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll assist providers with treatments, prepare clients and treatment rooms, manage equipment sterilization, and help maintain a calm and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics

• Attention to detail and commitment to client care

 

💼 Front Desk Coordinators

The front desk is the heartbeat of our med spa. You’ll greet clients, manage bookings and inquiries, handle transactions, and support the overall guest experience with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical front desk role

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, or similar)

• Polished, personable, and highly organized

• A passion for customer service and helping clients feel their best
